The acquisition enables the outsourcing services company to further expand its administration and personnel management services

F2A FIS-Antex, a company controlled by Ardian and a leading provider of outsourcing solutions in Italy for over 50 years, offering an integrated and flexible system for specialised services and expertise in HR and Finance and Administration, announces its acquisition of Archimede HR Srl.
The Perugia-based company is a market leader in providing shift-management solutions in the health, transport, retail and many other sectors and has developed an extremely advanced and innovative proprietary suite thanks to its highly specialised team of staff.
The acquisition allows F2A Group to expand its top-quality service portfolio by adding specialist expertise in synergy with its current and recently acquired solutions.
The acquisition also strengthens the Group’s presence in the strategic area of central Italy, establishing a new base in Perugia, retaining all Archimede HR Srl staff and developing a centre for software production in line with F2A Group’s research & development activities. Aldo Pascucci, a founding partner of Archimede HR, will join the F2A team as Head of development of new services.
The acquisition – completed on 12 December 2018 – builds on the Group’s strong growth, which has been underpinned by continuous technological and product innovation as well as acquisitions and strategic partnerships with leading players in the sector.
The acquisition will enable F2A to more effectively secure its core business thanks to high-quality services based on a unique mix of professionalism and state-of-the-art technological solutions.
F2A thus further confirms its position as a central player in the outsourcing of integrated services in Italy, meeting the needs of various company departments (Human Resources, Administration Finance and Control) and acting as a partner to over 2,000 Italian and international companies of all sizes.
