The acquisition enables the outsourcing services company to consolidate its leadership in administration and personnel management services

F2A, a company controlled by Ardian and a leading provider of outsourcing solutions in Italy for over 50 years, offering an integrated and flexible system for specialised services and expertise in HR and Finance and Administration, announces its acquisition of Elaborazioni Casagrande Srl.
Elaborazioni Casagrande has been providing personnel management and administration services for almost 25 years from its offices in Gradisca di Isonzo (Gorizia), where Franco Casagrande and Riccardo Tessarolo lead a team of 16 employees.
With the acquisition of Casagrande, F2A now has over 2,500 clients, over 800 employees and has expanded into a new geographic area, further extending its coverage on the Italian market.
The acquisition was completed on 27 June 2019 and allows F2A to accelerate its drive to be a central player in the supply of specialised services to Italian and international companies, ensuring additional professional expertise to enable it to respond to the needs of Italian SMEs using a multi-platform approach.
