The leader on the Italian outsourcing market for HR and F&A enters into a partnership with the leading insurtech incubator in Italy based on Open Innovation

F2A, the leading provider of HR and Administration and Finance on the Italian outsourcing market, has announced a partnership with Vittoria hub, the leading insurtech incubator in Italy based on Open Innovation. The initiative, promoted by Vittoria Assicurazioni, will consist of an area dedicated to innovation, co-creation and technological excellence in the field of insurance.
With over 50 years’ experience in Human Resources, F2A will provide the basic concepts for management and administration of personnel to the selected start-ups, which will have the opportunity to begin VIA2 (Vittoria Incubation, Adoption & Acceleration). This programme is divided into three specific paths – Incubation, Adoption and Acceleration, and will give the start-ups access to numerous services, incremental premiums of up to € 60,000 and additional favourable financing terms.
Based in the Parco Vittoria Business Center, in the heart of the modern district of Portello, Vittoria hub will be tasked with attracting investors, partners and start-ups to a single hub established to promote innovative exchanges of ideas, resources and expertise and to speed up the growth process of the start-ups, from concept to industrial maturity, creating a revolutionary market ecosystem proposition. The proposition has three key values:
