Milan, 18 June 2019
Put your heart into it, this is the name chosen by F2A, a leading provider of outsourcing solutions in Italy in the fields of HR, Administration, Finance and Control, for the first edition of its “Children at work with mummy and daddy” initiative. On Friday 21 June 2019, the company will open the doors of its Milan headquarters – where 480 of its 760 employees work – to welcome its employees’ children and spend a special day together.
A unique opportunity not only to visit and explore mum or dad’s workplace, but also for a new experience with guest of honour, Gregorio Mancino, the artist from Lombardy who founded Moviment Art. Guided by his passion and talent, F2A’s little guests will learn through play the meaning of positive energy, the beauty of a smile and the value of relationships; that form the basis of F2A’s mission: Feel to Act.
The company’s dining and relaxation area will house a laboratory in which children will paint giant hearts on canvas and reinvent plastic bottles transforming them into aeroplanes. Apparently simple creations that actually transmit a significant message: together we can build a better future.
“A message that not only concerns our children, but also every one of us, as parents and members of F2A Group” – says Raul Mattaboni, Vice-President and CEO of F2A – “Trust, collaboration and respect are values that guide our work on a daily basis and we are proud to share them with future generations through these small but important gestures”.
The event forms part of a much broader company well-being plan aimed at improving the well-being of its employees both at work and in their private lives. One of the initiatives already activated is Smart Working, which was introduced in September 2018 in an initial pilot test for 100 employees and now involves 320 employees.
